Nicki Minaj Claims Cardi B Asked Her to Be on 'Bartier Cardi': 'You Wanted Me on Your Second Single'

Nicki Minaj's Queen Radio returned to the Beats 1 airwaves with a jampacked episode on Monday. Minaj took aim at Cardi B, disputing claims from Cardi's sister that she leaked her phone number so fans could keep harassing Bardi. She later cleared the air a final time regarding her altercation with the Bronx rapper at the Harper's Bazaar Icons event (Sept. 7) and premiered a fresh "Dip" remix alongside Tyga.

"What type of bird shit you on, bitch? I didn’t leak your number," Minaj stated regarding the alleged leak. "Stop lying on me. You stopped 21 Savage from being on two songs with me because he was featured on your single."

The Queen artist explained that her friend Rah Ali was actually the one to hit Cardi B and not security, as the 26-year-old's team originally claimed. "Rah really, really beat Cardi’s ass bad. Rah beat you so bad that I was mad at Rah. You went home and told people security hit you, and we let that ride for legal reasons," said Nicki. "Anybody that wanna pull up the surveillance footage, I will give you $100,000."

Minaj went on to say that the "Bodak Yellow" rapper actually asked her to do a verse on "Bartier Cardi" but she didn't want to do the record since they had "Motorsport" coming out together. "You wanted me on your second single," the Young Money artist alleged. "Now you’re all lovey-dovey with those girls. Why didn’t you ask Remy and Kim to be on your single?"

Even with their ongoing disagreement, Minaj is willing to leave it in the rearview and peacefully coexist in hip-hop with Cardi B thriving in her own lane. "We can be happy for each other, and exist, and do our thing, and be happy," she asserted. "There's nothing that really makes me not like you like that. You know the things we spoke about in the hotel room, and we gon' keep that between me and you for now."

Nicki also touched on her upcoming collaboration with Kanye West that's expected to land on his Yandhi album. "It’s about body shaming but it’s done in a very Kanye West way. It’s dope, though. We’re all a work in progress," says Nicki. "Some people allow you to see you fall apart in public, Kanye lets us into his world. I’m happy about that. We all love Kanye. The culture needs him. That’s why we’re so into everything he does."
